Our 2nd vendor for the crop is Joyce Groom of Top Line Creations (often known as TLC). TLC has its own wonderful, unique line of scrapbooking products. From coordinating page kits, to individual embellishments, they have everything you need for your scrapbook layouts in a variety of themes and color schemes. They've even branched out into digital scrapbooking with their Lifetimez software.
